Two days at home, two days with the pod, and a Friday that's just play.

At home, one-on-one. About 110 minutes in seven short blocks.

All six families at a host home or a central park. Stations, a big game, snack, and a story.

Our Spanish teacher leads the morning. No lesson to prep; just show up and play in Spanish.
A home day, block by block
Same seven blocks, same order, every home day.
The predictability is the point. Within two weeks your toddler knows what comes next and transitions get easier. Every block tells you what to set out, what to say, and what to do with the 20-month-old, the almost-three-year-old, and the kid who will not sit down.

Our story
It started with six families and a lot of boys who wouldn't sit still.
We wanted our toddlers to learn the way toddlers actually learn: with their hands, with their whole bodies, with friends, and with the real world. Not worksheets. So we built a program around real jobs, real places, and real play, and a portal to run it with the families we love. Pod Squad is that program, opened up to new pods.

How much does it cost?

Can both parents log in?
Yes. A family account can have up to four grown-ups, each with their own phone login. Kids are the seats; grown-ups are free.
What ages is this for?
Toddlers from about 20 months to 3 years. Every activity has notes for the youngest kids, the oldest kids, and the wigglers.
How much time does it take?
Two hours or less, every day. Home days run seven short blocks (about 110 minutes). Pod days and adventures are two hours on site. Friday is play.
Do I need to be a teacher?
No. Every block tells you exactly what to set out, what to say, and what to do when it falls apart. Narrate, don't instruct.
Do I need to speak Spanish for Friday?
No. Fridays are led by a Spanish teacher. Families show up and play; grown-ups copy what they hear. There's nothing to prep.
Is there any science?
Every Wednesday has a 15-minute Wonder Lab: a real experiment with the big idea explained in toddler words and the real science for you. A kid's microscope is on the kit list, and it earns its keep.
What does a pod look like?
Five or six families with toddlers close in age, close enough to meet twice a week. Hosting, snacks, and field-trip captaining rotate through a sign-up board.
Why is the curriculum released one week at a time?
Because a pod runs on rhythm. Each week unlocks the weekend before it starts so everyone shops, prints, and plans together, and nobody's a week ahead or behind.
Is it screen-free for the kids?
Yes. The portal is for grown-ups: lessons, lists, sign-ups, and photos on your phone. Kids get bins, blocks, buckets, and each other.
